Since year 2000, we have delivered more than 85 000 pistons, which are in operation in ships and power plants.

High quality iron castings and steel forgings are supplied form western European foundries and forges.

We use the most modern 5-axis machine tools to produce piston components. We secure the accuracy and availability of our equipment by utilizing condition-based maintenance systems and maintenance contracts with the machine tool manufacturers.

Quality assurance

Our quality is ensured by applying 3-D scanning in coordinate measuring machines, magnetic particle inspection, radioscopic inspection (X-ray) and robotized ultrasonic inspection for non-destructive testing.
